Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to the Connected Africa Summit. We strive to be fair and transparent in our refund practices while maintaining the financial viability of our events.

Main Event Registration Refunds

For the Connected Africa Summit main event:

  • Full refund: Available for cancellations made 30 days or more before the event
  • 50% refund: Available for cancellations made 15-29 days before the event
  • No refund: For cancellations made less than 15 days before the event
  • Registration transfers: You may transfer your registration to another person at no cost by notifying us in writing

Force Majeure

If an event is canceled or postponed due to factors beyond our control (such as natural disasters, political instability, pandemic restrictions), we may offer:

  • Credit toward a future event
  • Access to a virtual version of the event
  • Partial refund, depending on circumstances

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
